This company makes rubber moulds to make metal figures at home. There are various scales. I have figures in sizes 25 and 40mm.

These are semi-flat figures in 40mm. The last is almost “ronde-bosse”.

Prussian Infantry from the Napoleonic Wars in 25mm. Figures glued on wood bases. The flags were made from metal shit from glue tubes.
