Composition Figures
The composition figures known as “Pratas” were made in Portugal by the family with the same name. They made copies from German companies but also many soldiers from Portuguese Army and Police.

Probably a copy of German soldiers. The base shape is similar to Elastoline bases.

Soldiers from the modern Portuguese Army.

The last figure is a bit small than the other soldiers and the blue beret indicates a soldier in ONU service.

The first figure is from Military Police. The grey uniforms were characteristic of WWI.

The first soldier, with black uniform is a German SS soldier. The second is a young boy from the Portuguese Fascist organization “Mocidade Portuguesa”. The last two are, probably from “Legião Portuguesa” a para-military organization from “Estado Novo” regime.

The first figure is a woman soldier from the Portuguese Navy. The second is, probably, from the colonial troops and the third is an African soldier that fought along the Portuguese Army.

Soldiers from “Guarda Nacional Republicana” (police) and a girl from the institute to accommodate daughters of Military Officers.
