This is a new company that produces painted metal toy soldiers, sculpted by Ricardo Leite. They are in the traditional 54mm size and in matt paint.

This figures are from the Portuguese military school “Pupilos do Exército”.

Colonial troops from Portuguese colonies. They were known as “Landins”.
