If you like to play wargames it is nice to have some type of decoration on the table. In this post I’m going to show how I’ve made walls and fences using bits of sprues that otherwise would end in the recycle bin.
For walls is better to use sprues with right sides and for fences round ones.
The plastic was glued on a cardboard base. I cut the plastic to simulate bricks. The figure is 1/72 scale.
A gate can be very useful and is placed with a pin so it can be closed or open.
This is a small fort, after the simple paint job. There are separate modules so you can put them as you wish.
The fences are made with round sprues as shown bellow.
Like the walls the fences were glued on cardboard bases.
I added a gate and painted the logs in brown. The figures for scale purpose are from the Lord of the Rings from Citadel.
